Calla Lily

The Calla Lily, also known as an arum lily, is
native to South America and is a flower often found in funeral
bouquets and arrangements. The botanical name is zantedeschia.
I have been intrigued with the Calla Lily paintings done by Georgia
O'Keeffe. The simple white trumpet flower with yellow center, classic
in nature with dark green foliage has been an inspirational subject
for me to paint.
